1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Draw. ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Draw. is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users create, send, and store VAT-compliant invoices in the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere. The Service includes invoice generation, PDF/XML export, e-invoicing support (PINT AE / UBL 2.1), credit note management, and related features.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Where a change materially affects paying customers, we'll notify you in advance.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. You must provide accurate information during signup. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your billing settings — your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.
Founding-member pricing, where applicable, is honoured for the duration of an active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, the then-current public price applies.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, but we'll always discuss exceptions for legitimate billing errors. Contact us via the in-app support widget.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Issue fraudulent or misleading invoices
- Violate UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) rules or any applicable tax law
- Interfere with the Service or attempt to access data not belonging to you
- Resell the Service or build a competing product using its data
6. Your data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload (invoices, customers, products, etc). We process this data only to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You can export your data at any time from the ledger CSV export and individual invoice/CN downloads. On account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Compliance disclaimer
Draw. is built to support UAE VAT and PINT AE e-invoicing requirements as we understand them. We make every effort to keep the platform compliant, but you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and your compliance with applicable tax laws. We are not your accountant or tax advisor.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
